Guidelines for Parents:

• Once parents registered their children for the online classes, they need to make sure they login to the meeting 5 to 10 minutes before the session starts so that we can avoid last minute login hiccups.
• Ensure there is no background noise during the class, preferred to join the sessions from a closed room.
• It is responsibility of the parents to make sure required things for connecting to the online class are kept ready and they are functional, such as Video, Sound Devices, Notebooks, Pens, water.
• Make sure the device (Laptop / PC) from which the kids joining the session is fully charged before the class.
• Parents to teach kids, the options of muting / unmuting, responding to chats in the group, raising hand when having questions or not clear.
• Inform the kids to be on mute/calm when Tutor is explaining topics.
• Inform kids to be attentive during the entire class session.
• If kid is not able to join the planned session, please inform TuteeTutor team in advance by sending email to contact@tuteetutor.com.
